H. Odell “Fuzzy”Minnix appointed to vice-chair

ROANOKE, Va. (July 28, 2014) – The Roanoke Regional Airport Commission has named W. William “Bill” Gust, Chairman of the Commission for the 2014-2015 term, effective July 22, 2014.

Gust, a member of the Commission since 2011, is a senior tax partner at Roanoke-based law firm Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore, LLP. He is also past-chair of the Board of Governors, Trusts and Estates Section for the Virginia State Bar and a fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Gust is a member of the Roanoke Valley Estate Planning Council.

Gust replaces Cynthia Lawrence as Chair of the Commission.

H. Odell “Fuzzy” Minnix has been named Vice-Chair.

The Roanoke Regional Airport Commission is the five-member governing body for Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport.
