Work while you wait. Free WIFI internet access is available throughout the terminal. To connect, select the ROA-WI-FI network and open your browser. Work desks are also located along the second-floor balcony outside security, along with technology bars at every airline gate. Electrical outlets are located nearby.

Relax before your flight

Passengers can enjoy a restaurant and full bar before and after the screening checkpoint. The restaurant pre-security, Bick Lick Brewing @ ROA, operates from approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The restaurant post-security, Magic City Bistro, operates from approximately 5 a.m. until the last flight of the evening boards.

Grab eats and entertainment for the plane.

Hudson operates two stores: One before and one past the screening checkpoint. Both stores carry gifts, snacks, drinks, and reading material. The stores also offer technology items, greeting cards, and travel-size products. They operate from approximately 5 a.m. until the last flight of the evening boards.

And one for the road…

Drink and snack vending machines are located in the rental car facility.

You’ll find an ATM to the left of the entrance to the restaurant (second floor before security).

A U.S. mailbox is located on the first floor next to the main sliding doors in the center of the Terminal.

Lose something?

The Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport utilizes the web application Pixit to manage our lost and found inventory. Passengers can view listings and file a claim for an item at any time from any device. If you believe you have lost an item at ROA, including at the TSA checkpoint, inquiries can also be made by calling the Public Safety team at 540-362-1999, extension 224 or by clicking the Pixit link.

Please do not submit multiple claims for the same item.

Lost Luggage

A potty for your pets too.

A pet relief area is available for your pets to stretch their legs and take potty breaks. Small grass areas with Mutt Mitts (disposable bags) and trashcans are conveniently located outside the end of the terminal lobby (near Door 5). For service animals, there is a Service Animal Relief Area past the screening checkpoint. If you have a service animal, please ask an airline employee to escort you and your animal to the service animal relief area.

Ask an ambassador

On the first floor of the Terminal, before the screening checkpoint, dedicated volunteer Airport Ambassadors are available to answer questions about your flight. You can also pick their brains about transportation, accommodations, and local attractions.
