March 26–27: Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport to host mobile Global Entry enrollment event
Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport (ROA), in partnership with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, will host a mobile Global Entry enrollment event on March 26–27, 2026, at the airport.
Conditionally approved Global Entry applicants can make an appointment to participate in the in-person interview component of the enrollment process at ROA.
The event applies to both new and renewing Global Entry applications. All applications must be completed online before the event. Global Entry includes TSA PreCheck.

Interview times (by appointment only): 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport
Roanoke Regional Airport Commission Conference Room — take the escalators to the second floor. Take your first right along the balcony and the conference room is the second to last door on the left.
Parking:
Parking is free for the first 30 minutes in all lots. Please refer to the ROA parking page for additional information.
HOW TO APPLY AND PARTICIPATE IN THE GLOBAL ENTRY ENROLLMENT EVENT
New and renewing Global Entry applicants:
1. Visit the Department of Homeland Security's Trusted Travelers Programs website.
2. Select the Global Entry tile. Click Apply Now and Continue with Global Entry Application.
3. Create an account/log-in.
4. Follow all application prompts.
5. You will be notified when your application has been processed and is conditionally approved.
Make an appointment — conditionally approved Global Entry applicants:
1. Visit the Department of Homeland Security's Trusted Travelers Programs website.
2. Scroll to the bottom center, under How Enrollment Works, select Find an Enrollment Center, and choose Global Entry.
3. Follow to the TTP Schedule - Choose Location page.
4. Under Choose an Appointment Location, select FILTER BY: dd/mm/yyyy using a date within the March 26–27, 2026 range. If you choose state first, ROA will not be shown. You must use the date filter. Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport will appear in the Virginia list for March 26–27.
5. Reserve your appointment.

All applicants will be fingerprinted and photographed.
Each interview takes approximately 10-15 minutes per person.
Please park in one of ROA's parking lots. Do not leave your vehicle at the curb.
